Why do I need a contractor?
Contractors help your remodeling process move smoothly. They know what is needed for each individual project, and know what is needed to create a realistic budget. Contractors coordinate all of the subcontractors (i.e. electricians, countertop installers, plumbers, etc.) according to the projected timeline of a project.
How does Cabinet Innovations work with my contractor?
They work directly with the contractor on the scheduling, confirmed measurements and appliances. They communicate with the contractors throughout the entire process to ensure that everyone stays on schedule.
How long does the design process take?
Approximately 3-4 weeks depending on the scope of the project, and your needs.
How long does it take to get my cabinets after I order?
Brookhaven's lead-time is typically 8-10 weeks, but will vary based on peak order times. Wood-Mode has an average lead-time of 10-12 weeks, but will also vary based on peak order times. Custom finishes may also affect lead times.
How are cabinets shipped?
Cabinets are shipped on a Wood-Mode truck directly from the factory to our distribution facility.
